Disclaimer: All daycare passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. ONLY our 20-Day Pass can be shared between dogs from the same family. Drop-offs must be before 12:00pm to ensure safe introductions. Additional Dog(s) Packages and Passes are available upon purchasing one of these base packages or passes.
Daycare passes are available for dogs who have completed their trial period of one trial day and three additional days of daycare.
Because passes are non-refundable and expire after six months, pet parents will be asked to acknowledge two waivers before purchasing.
One confirms they understand the six-month expiry, and the other confirms they understand that passes are intended for dogs who successfully complete their trial period. This helps ensure every dog is comfortable, confident, and ready to enjoy daycare as a regular member of the Muttley Crüe pack.
We do have a few late policies in place. For our Dog Grooming appointments, there is only a 15-minute grace period; late arrivals may incur a fee or require rescheduling.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations; otherwise, a $50 fee may apply. Clients with two or more no-shows within one year may be denied future services.
We offer a variety of Daycare options: Single Day for $50.00, 10-Day pass, 20-Day pass (that can be shared between dogs from the same household), and Monthly Unlimited pass. Our daycare passes include a full day of supervised play with PackPro-certified caregivers, outdoor playtime, engagement activities, lunch/dinner breaks on request, walks, lick mats, kongs, and optional daily photo reports.

Yes. Our 10-Day Passes and our 20-Day Passes expire 6 months from purchase. Our Monthly Unlimited Pass expires 30 days from purchase. All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No – your daycare passes can be used year-round with no blackout dates; however, please note that our multi-dog discounts are not available during long weekends, statutory holidays and December 15–January 7. If you have any questions, feel free to call us at 403-262-6888.
Yes, we offer half days (4 hours or less for $33) with a savings of 10% for packages of 10 ($300 – expire after 6 months).
Our Monthly Unlimited Pass allows clients to utilize as little or as much daycare as they need within a 30 day period. A great option and savings for families that need daily care for longer periods of time.
