Each overnight stay includes a full day of daycare, meals, walks, cuddles, and round-the-clock supervision. From soft beds and orthopedic options for seniors, to personalized feeding and medication routines, we make sure every pup feels comfortable, loved, and secure. For our furry guests boarding with us for 10+ days, they receive daily walks and lick mats for mental stimulation – at no extra charge.
Our Greenview facility was thoughtfully designed with your dog’s comfort, safety, and daily experience in mind. With secure layouts, carefully planned spaces and groups for pups of all sizes and temperaments, and clearly posted emergency and evacuation procedures throughout the building, our team is prepared to provide consistent, loving and attentive care at all times. Your pup can enjoy bright, spacious play areas during the day and settle into cozy, restful kennels at night. We use only organic, environmentally responsible products and cleaners for our space, creating a healthy, safe environment from playtime to bedtime.
During the Fort McMurray fires, we housed 26 displaced dogs at no extra charge. One stayed with us for nearly two months.
A trial day is a one-day assessment (with a $10 donation to one of four local charities) that helps us get to know your pup. It ensures your dog feels comfortable in our environment, becomes familiar with us, and can settle in a kennel before longer stays, such as boarding.
New pets must complete one trial day and three consecutive daycare days before their first boarding stay. This helps us ensure a safe and stress-free experience for everyone. Once the trial day and 3 consecutive daycare days have been completed, your pup will be ready for boarding.
If your dog hasn’t attended daycare or boarding in six months, we’ll schedule a refresher day of daycare, to reintroduce them to the pack and confirm they’re still comfortable in our setup. Pets that have not attended care in 2+ years, may require multiple days of daycare before their boarding stay.
Kenneling helps every pup rest well and stay safe overnight. It gives each dog their own quiet space and allows our staff to monitor everyone closely – especially in case of emergencies.
We require proof of up-to-date DHPP, rabies, and bordetella vaccinations (or valid titre tests). Flea and lice prevention is also recommended for your pet’s comfort and safety.
